SKYLARK DIGITAL ASSETS LLC SKYLARK MACRO CALENDAR — PRIVACY POLICY Effective date: September 23, 2026 • App package: com.skylarkdigital.macrocalendar Skylark Digital Assets LLC (“Skylark,” “we,” “our”) operates the Skylark Macro Calendar Android app (the “App”). This policy explains what information is handled when you use the App, who may receive it, and your choices. This policy applies specifically to the App; other Skylark products may have separate policies. 1. Information handled by the App Settings and activity stored on your device. The App stores your selected display theme and time zone; saved or favorited economic events; saved filter presets; chosen reminder times; and cached public economic calendar data. These are kept in the App's local storage or Android app-private preferences. The App does not require you to create a Skylark account, provide your name or email address, or transmit your favorites, presets, or reminder selections to our calendar server. Reminders and calendar export. If you choose to enable event reminders, the App requests Android notification permission where required and schedules the selected event information and times locally on your device. If you select “Add to device calendar,” the App passes the event details to your chosen calendar application for your review; you decide whether to save the event. Your calendar provider may process any event you choose to save under its own privacy policy. Skylark Macro Calendar does not request broad access to read your existing calendar. Pro subscriptions. If you choose a Pro subscription, Google Play processes your payment and subscription. The App uses Google Play Billing to check your purchase and subscription-entitlement status and to enable Pro features. We do not receive or store your full payment-card details in the App. Google handles purchase-related information under its own privacy terms. Network data. The App connects over HTTPS to our calendar service hosted by Supabase to download public schedules, released economic observations, and market-reaction data. Like other internet services, this request may expose technical connection information such as your IP address, request time, and standard request headers to the hosting provider and operational security logs. The App does not send saved favorites, reminder choices, filter presets, or the contents of your device calendar with these feed requests. Direct contact. If you email us about support, billing, or privacy, we receive the information you choose to include, such as your email address, message, and any details needed to respond. 2. How information is used We use locally saved settings to personalize your calendar display and manage your selected reminders. We use Google Play purchase status to enable and restore subscription access. Technical request information may be used by our service provider to deliver the public calendar feed, maintain availability, and protect the service. We use information you email us to respond to your inquiry. 3. Sharing and service providers The App uses Supabase to deliver its public market-data feed and Google Play Billing for optional subscriptions. On your instruction, event details may be handed to your selected calendar app. Opening official data-source links may take you to third-party websites with their own policies. We do not sell App user data, use in-app advertising, or include a third-party advertising or behavioral analytics SDK in this release. We may disclose information when legally required or reasonably necessary to protect the App and its users. 4. Retention and deletion Your locally stored preferences, favorites, cached feeds, and upcoming reminders remain on your device until you remove them, clear the App's storage, or uninstall the App; delivered reminders are removed from the local reminder schedule. You can revoke notification permission at any time in Android settings. Uninstalling the App removes its app-private data, subject to your device's own operating-system behavior. Google retains payment and subscription records in accordance with its policies and applicable law; you can manage or cancel your subscription through Google Play. Our hosting provider may retain ordinary technical service or security logs under its operational retention rules. If you contact us, we keep correspondence only as reasonably needed for support, compliance, and legitimate business records. To request access to or deletion of any personal information that Skylark actually holds about you, contact us below. Because this App does not create Skylark user accounts or synchronize local preferences to our server, we cannot remotely retrieve or delete data that exists only on your device. 5. Security Calendar-feed requests use encrypted HTTPS connections, and local App data is maintained within Android's app-private storage. We do not enable Android app backups for this release. No internet service or device is completely secure; we take reasonable steps appropriate to the limited data the App handles. 6. Children's privacy The App provides economic-calendar information and is not designed for children under 13. We do not knowingly seek personal information from children. If you believe a child has sent personal information to us, contact us so we can review the request. 7. Your choices and rights You can use the free calendar without purchasing Pro, deny or revoke notifications, clear the App's data, uninstall it, and manage Play subscriptions in Google Play. Depending on where you live, applicable law may give you additional privacy rights. Send requests or questions to the contact address below; we may need to verify a request before acting on it. 8. Changes to this policy We may update this policy as the App changes or legal requirements evolve. The effective date above identifies the current version.
